Vendor Information* For a copy of the 2010 Convention & Trade Show vendor packet, including the vendor agreement and Associate Membership application, click here or contact Carlos Garcia. If you have already submitted for forms to be a 2010 exhibiting vendor, make sure we have received your Exhibitor Checklist as well. If you plan to have your booth shipped, please use Hollins Shipping instructions. Do not ship your packages to the hotel.

Special Rates* for multiple attendees. If you plan to bring three (3) or more guests call the Association office 919-787-3560 or toll-free 1-888-NCALTCF and ask about our discounted rates for multiple guests. These rates are available with your mail-in registration.

Government Agents* If you plan to attend DAY EVENTS ONLY you are welcome free of charge. To attend night events, your $75 registration covers your meal and entertainment. Please register for your specialty pass, day or night pass, by sending in your form found in the 2010 Convention & Trade Show Program.
Rooms at the Embassy Suites and Marriot are no longer available for the week of Convention. If you still need a room for this week, please visit Brookstown Inn, which is convinently located near the Convention location. Reservations may be made online here. Or you can call the hotel at 1-800-845-8262.
Hotel Reservations* Rooms are available in smoking and non-smoking in the Embassy Suites. Room rates include breakfast. Rooms are limited and the final date to make a reservation at this great value is August 9th.

Remember, rooms will only be held until August 9th and are limited.
Rooms are $134 per night for single and double occupancy, and $145 per night for triple and quadruple occupancy. This price covers breakfast for both hotels at the Embassy Suites. If you have any trouble getting rooms for the discount rate, please call the Association office at 919-787-3560 and one of our staff will assist you.
